MOLASSES GINGER COOKIES 
1 c. lard
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
8 tbsp. (1/3 c.) molasses
4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour

Mix all together. Roll into balls. Dip in sugar. Do not press down! Bake at 275-300 degrees.
