GINGER SNAP MOLASSES COOKIES 
3 3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. molasses
5 eggs
5 tsp. ginger
5 tsp. baking soda
5 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/4 tsp. salt
10 c. flour
10 tbsp. water

Cream first 4 ingredients. Add spices, flour and water. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees 8 minutes. Watch close, don't over bake.
