GINGER SNAP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves

Mix all together, using 1/2 flour. Stir in remaining flour. Roll into balls then roll balls in sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 40 cookies.
