GINGER SNAP COOKIES 
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1 tsp. powdered cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 c. molasses
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
Granulated sugar

Mix butter and sugar together until smooth. Add ginger, cinnamon, cloves, molasses, salt, egg, and baking soda to the butter mixture and mix well. Gradually add in flour and mix well.

Roll dough into small balls (about the size of walnuts). Roll balls in granulated sugar to coat completely. Place balls on greased cookie sheet about 3-inches apart.

Okay. These are the BEST Ginger Snaps ever! We doubled the recipe but only added one egg instead of two. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. YUM!
