GINGER SNAP FIZZ | |
2 qts. of Apple Cider 6 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream or small Dixie cups 2 liters of Ginger Ale Ice cubes in large punch bowl Fill punch bowl 1/4 with ice cubes. Add cider and Ginger Ale and stir. Float ice cream on top of punch. Let sit for approximately 1/2 hour till ice cream starts to melt. This gives the punch a nice affect. Serve with pumpkin cookies and you have the perfect Fall party refreshments. |
