THA CABIN VEGETABLE SOUP IN 4
QUART PRESSURE COOKER
 
36 oz. tomato juice
2 lb. diced venison or beef
Lg. diced onion
3 lg. stalks celery, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Set control on 10 pounds and cook 30 minutes after control starts jiggling. Control jiggle 3 or 4 times per minutes. Let pot cool about 5 minutes, then place under cold water until pressure is gone. Then remove control from lib, then lid can be opened safely.

Add frozen vegetables:

2 c. corn
2 c. carrots
1 c. peas
1 c. green beans

Add water to make little more than 3/4 full. Cook at 10 pound setting for 15 minutes. Remove pressure as per above instructions. Add 1/2 cup macaroni, place lid and let set until done (approximately 10 to 15 minutes).
