QUICK LASAGNA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
10 green onions, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown beef; drain fat. Add onions and cook lightly. Add sauce, salt, oregano, basil, pepper and garlic. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine noodles, cottage cheese and sour cream. In 2 quart baking dish, alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat sauce, starting with noodles and ending with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
