REEZY BEEZY RICE AND PEAS 
1 pkg. frozen peas (about 10 oz.)
1 c. rice
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 or 4 cloves garlic, chopped

Cook rice; set aside.

Heat olive oil. Saute parsley and garlic quickly so as not to burn. Throw in frozen peas.

Mix together 1 tsp. salt and stir frequently until peas are cooked. Add to rice. Stir in 2 or 3 tbsp. butter.
