STRAWBERRY TRIFLE | |
1 pkg. vanilla pudding 4 oz. frozen whipped topping 8 inch sponge cake 1/3 c. orange juice 2 c. strawberries Prepare pudding (or use prepared pie filling). Cover top with waxed paper. When cool mix in 1 cup thawed topping. Cut sponge cake into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Place cubes in large serving bowl, sprinkle with orange juice. Spoon sweetened sliced berries over cubes. Spoon on pudding covering cake completely. Chill at least 2 hours. Top with remaining whipped topping. |
