SPARERIB MARINADE 
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sherry or cooking sherry
2 tbsp. duck sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. salt

Mix together. Marinates 2 1/2 pounds of ribs. Cut rack of ribs into thirds. Put ribs in plastic bag or dish. Turn occasionally. Marinate at least 3 hours or overnight. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
