HAMBURGER CHOP SUEY 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans water
1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can bamboo shoots, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger. Cook onion and celery and add to hamburger. Mix in remaining ingredients, except for noodles. Pour into a casserole dish and bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350°F. Add noodles on top and bake uncovered 20-30 minutes longer.
