PIZZA LOAF 
2 tsp. vegetable oil
10 oz. ground turkey or lean hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. + 1 tbsp. flour
1 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. oregano or garlic
3 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Heat 1/2 tsp. oil. Add meat and onion; cook until onion is tender and meat cooked. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. flour. Stir quickly to combine. Stir constantly for 1 minute. Add tomato sauce, peppers, basil, oregano, garlic and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Bake 425 degrees in 9x5x3 loaf pan, sprayed with non-stick spray.

Add meat mix and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. In separate bowl beat eggs and 1/2 cup flour, 1 1/2 tsp. oil, milk and salt. Mix until smooth. Pour over meat mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
