PIZZA LOAF
2 lbs. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 slices torn bread (about 2 1/2 c.)
1 c. pizza sauce, divided
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 slices Mozzarella, 1.4 oz. each
1/3 c. pepperoni, diced
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine bread cubes with 3/4 cup of pizza sauce and the beaten eggs. Let stand 1 minute. Add ground beef, onion and pepperoni, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. Pack one-third of mixture into 9 x 5 x 5 inch pan. Place 1 slice of Mozzarella cheese centered on top. Repeat with one-third more of meat mixture and 1 more slice of cheese.

Top with remaining meat mixture and press to seal meat around cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Remove and brush top of loaf with remaining 1/4 cup pizza sauce. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer. Garnish with pepperoni and Mozzarella. Serves 8.
