CHICKEN, FORGOTTEN 
1 cut up chicken
2 c. raw rice
2 cans water
1 env. onion soup mix
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Put raw chicken in roaster or casserole. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Over this pour 2 cups rice. Mix 2 cans chicken soup with 2 cups water, pour over chicken and rice. Cover tightly. Do not peek. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. If it seems dry pour some boiling water over it and let it set 10 minutes covered.
