FORGOTTEN CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
2 pkgs. dried onion soup mix

Spread on bottom of 10 x 13 x 2 pan. Lay pieces of raw chicken (use up to 2 chickens) over rice mixture. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
