MOM'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 c. chicken, cooked
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Bread crumbs

Clean meat from bones and cut in chunks. Mix all ingredients and place in 2 quart greased casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Can be frozen before or after baking.
