BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) frozen or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. sharp or Cheddar cheese, shredded
Buttered bread crumbs

Cook broccoli in small amount of boiling water just until tender. Drain. Combine eggs, milk, soup, mayonnaise and cheese. Stir in chopped broccoli. Pour mixture into greased 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
