PIZZA SAUCE 
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
1/4 c. dry red wine
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. fennel seed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Mix ingredients. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Use approximately 1/2 cup per pizza. Yield: 1 3/4 cups.
