JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
1 carton sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cook gelatin and pineapple juice for 7 minutes. Cool. Add to whipped cream. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased and chilled dish. Chill until firm.
