APPLE CRISP 
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. melted butter
Cinnamon
Approx. 3 c. apples, sliced

Measure flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.

Add egg to above mixture and mix with a fork until crumbly.

Peel and slice apples.

Grease pan. Lay sliced apples on bottom of pan. Spread crumbly mixture over apples.

Melt butter. Drizzle melted butter over top of crumbly mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
