CAROLYN'S APPLE CRISP | |
FROSTING: 1 1/4 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 beaten egg 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. melted butter, cooled Layer bottom of 8 x 8 x 1 3/4 inch pan or for double recipe 9 x 13 inch pan with fruit, 1 cup sugar and cinnamon. Mix topping ingredients together and spread over fruit. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
