SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. bacon drippings
1 sm. garlic clove, minced
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mushrooms
12 oz. tomato paste
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes

Brown onion and beef in drippings. Add remaining ingredients. Cook slowly for 2 hours. Serves 8.
