1 lb. ground beef or pork
3 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. chopped carrots
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 box leaf, crumbled
1 tsp. salt

Cook meat in hot oil until browned. Add rest of ingredients and simmer slowly for 1 hour or longer.
