BERROX 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 med. head chopped cabbage
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 tsp. melted shortening
1 tbsp. sugar
6 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Mix sugar and flour; combine with liquid. Add shortening to keep from being sticky. Knead until dough is soft. Roll dough into a sheet 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 6-inch squares.

Place spoonful of meat mixture which has been cooked and cooled in center of square and draw up corners of dough to center. Pinch sides together. Place in greased pan; let rise and bake in 350 degree preheated oven until brown.
