STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
30 lg. mushrooms
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper, & hot pepper sauce to taste
3 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Seasoned bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Fry bacon and remove from pan. Drain grease from pan. Remove mushroom stems and chop. In same skillet, melt butter, add bacon, green pepper, onion, garlic and chopped mushroom stems. Saute 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise; stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Add salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture. Top each with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields 30 appetizers.
