DEEP, DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients except hot water. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (mixture will be thin). Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch pans or three 8 inch pans or one 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 35 minutes. Cool on rack. Very moist... super.
