HERSHEY'S DEEP DARK CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat 23 minutes at medium speed. Stir in boiling water. (Batter will be thin). Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes or until cake test is clean.
