MISS SHERLENE'S CHOCOLATE
FROSTING
 
1 cup granulated sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup Cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
A Family Favorite for cakes, brownies, etc.

Combine sugar, butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan on medium heat bubbling; cook two minutes more. Remove from heat and beat with mixer until it starts to thicken and ready to spread. Work swiftly as icing hardens quickly. A glass of very hot water will aide in the finishing process.
