STUFFED MUSHROOMS ITALIANO 
1 lb. lg. mushrooms
1/4 c. Wishbone Italian or Caesar dressing
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley

Remove and finely chop mushroom stems. Combine dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and chopped mushroom stems in medium bowl. Fill each mushroom cap with bread crumbs mixture; arrange in shallow baking dish. Add water to barely cover bottom of dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Makes about 24 appetizers.
