PRETZEL SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. or 2 2/3 c. crushed pretzels
1/2 tsp. Knox gelatin
1 1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
2 boxes strawberry Jello
3 c. boiling water
1 lg. box frozen strawberries

Mix pretzels (save some for top), gelatin, butter and sugar together. Spread in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees, cool.

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar and spread over crust. Dissolve 2 boxes strawberry Jello in 3 cups boiling water. Drop in 1 large box frozen strawberries. Let thicken. Pour over cream cheese mixture and let stand until firm. Sprinkle remaining pretzels on top and chill. Make day before.
