POTATO SALAD DRESSING 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
4 pats butter

Boil until thickened. Remove from heat, add 3 heaping tablespoons salad dressing. Mix well. Delicious served over diced potatoes, onions and boiled eggs.
