1 lb. longhorn cheese
4 sticks butter (1 lb.)
4 c. plain flour

Add fine pecans and garlic salt. Combine all ingredients together to make cheese log. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate. Slice when ready to bake. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Will be medium brown in color.
