2 bags spinach
1/2 clove garlic, chopped very fine
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Red onion(s), sliced and separated
1 box garlic and cheese croutons
Caesar Salad dressing

Wash spinach thoroughly - cut off and discard long stems. Dry as much as possible and cut up. Toss spinach with all ingredients - except dressing. Add salad dressing when ready to serve. Use enough to coat (do not drown).
