HOMEMADE ONION RINGS 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 lg. onions
1 qt. oil for frying

Put salt and flour in bowl. Add milk, egg. Beat well until smooth. Cut onions into rings. Dip rings in egg batter then flour and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serves 4 to 6.
