HOMEMADE ONION RINGS
3 lg. Bermuda onions
Vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Peel onions and cut into 1/4" slices. Separate into rings. Heat oil in saucepan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Dip each ring into batter, letting excess drip into bowl. Fry a few onion rings at a time, turning once, until golden brown.

Our three girls loved this and so did dad who was "batching" it while mom was away. Very simple and easy. Anyone can make this.

Great and easy recipe! I added a little beer, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder to this as well. It was the perfect combo for light and delish onion rings!
