EASY BLUEBERRY CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. molasses
3/4 c. sour milk (a sm. amount of vinegar added to milk)
1 egg, beaten
1 heaping tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch square pan.

Combine dry ingredients in bowl. In another bowl, combine molasses, sour milk, egg and butter. Add liquid ingredients to dry and fold in blueberries. Turn mixture into greased pan and bake 40-50 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
