EASY DAY TART | |
1 c. butter, softened 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 c. flour 1 can pie filling Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add lemon juice, then stir in flour. Batter will be thick. Spread batter in a greased and floured tart pan. Drop pie filling by evenly spaced spoonfuls onto batter and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
