CRANBERRY MOUSSE 
1 c. Ocean Spray cranberry juice
1 pkg. 93 oz.) raspberry gelatin
1 can (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
2 c. Cool Whip
9" pie shell, baked, optional

1. In a saucepan, heat cranberry juice to boiling. Remove from heat and stir in raspberry gelatin until dissolved.

2. In a small bowl, beat cranberry sauce with an electric beater on high for 1 minute. Stir into gelatin mixture.

3. Chill until this begins to thicken, but not set. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into serving dishes (or a baked pie shell).

4. Chill until firm. Makes 8 servings!
