SWEET POTATO GOODIE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 stick butter, melted

Pour into greased baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. self-rising flour on biscuit.

Pour over potato mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes.

This is a delicious dish. I take it to Church luncheons. I don't think they'd let me in if I didn't take it. They call me the Sweet Potato Lady.
