26 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips 4 tbsp. butter 2 eggs 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. coconut Dash salt 1 c. chopped nut meats Melt butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Beat in eggs until smooth and glossy. Add salt, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in coconut and chopped nut meats. Chill 2 hours on wax paper. Form into long roll and chill overnight. Slice to eat and serve. |
