AUSTRIAN EGG SOUP | |
1 lg. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. celery leaves 1 chicken, cooked, skinned, boned and diced 1/4 c. rice 7 c. water 2-3 beaten eggs Saute onion and celery leaves together. Add chicken, rice, and water and simmer for about 1/2 hour. Add eggs the last 5 minutes or cooking. |
