1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 unbeaten egg white

Mix dates with pecans and sugar. Add to egg white. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.
