1 box Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 pkgs. Heath bits
1/2 lb. chopped pecans
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cake mix, butter and egg and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over top of cake mixture. Bake 30-40 minutes.
