ROUND STEAK WITH A RICH GRAVY | |
2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1/4 c. water 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup Cut steak into 5 to 6 serving-size pieces. Place in slow-cooking pot. Add dry soup mix, water and mushroom soup. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. (Deer meat is very good in this recipe.) |
