CRANBERRY CRUMBLE BREAD 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, cut in pieces
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts (optional)

1 pkg. cranberry quick bread mix 1 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 lg. egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. In bowl, with fork, stir topping ingredients until crumbly. Set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove to rack.
