CRUMBLY BREAD STUFFING 
1 1/8 c. butter
3/4 c. minced onions
4 1/2 qt. day-old bread crumbs or 1/2" sq. (18 c.), lightly packed
1/4 c. diced celery
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. snipped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/4 tsp. salt

In hot butter in deep kettle, saute onions until tender. Combine rest of ingredients; add to onions; heat well without browning, stirring frequently. Stuff neck and body of 10 pound turkey.
