CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 pkg. black raspberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cold water
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 orange, unpeeled, ground
1 apple, chopped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water, chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Combine next 6 ingredients. Mix well. Fold fruit mixture into gelatin mixture. Chill overnight.
