DATE NUT BALLS 
1 c. pitted dates
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. pitted prunes or figs
Unsweetened orange to moisten
Flaked coconut or chopped walnuts

In food grinder, grind together dates, raisins, apricots, prunes/figs. Combine with orange juice in 2 quart mixing bowl. Roll in coconut or in nuts. Refrigerate, covered, until time to serve. Yield: About 2 dozen.
