SKILLET BALLS 
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. dates, cut up
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cook eggs, sugar, butter and dates in heavy skillet 7 minutes. Add vanilla, Rice Krispies and nuts. Make into small balls and roll in coconut. Keep in tight container so coconut won't dry out.
