GLAZED BEETS 
2 c. canned beets, drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. orange or pineapple juice

Heat beets on HIGH until hot. Melt butter in glass measuring cup. Combine cornstarch, salt and sugar in small cooking utensil. Add melted butter, juice and vinegar. Cook until thick, about 1 1/2 minutes on HIGH. Cook approximately one minute on HIGH. Serves 4.
